I have heard so often from my clients that no matter how much revision they’ve done, water they’ve drank or sleep they’ve had, exam nerves get the better of them! This can have disappointing consequences as we enter a state of ‘fight / flight / flee -  whereby our nervous system gets to be in control,  impairing their ability to do our best. 

This 21 minute guided meditation is the missing piece of the jigsaw when it comes to exam preparation. The meditations allows you to create a sense of calm by visualising the exam in the present moment, focusing on how we want the outcome to be. Giving the brain the opportunity to experience this future event in the ‘now’ means that when we do arrive at the exam, our brain remembers this, as if it’s already happened. This unlocks a sense of calm and allowing our brain to focus on the task in hand without fear getting in the way.
