Fleur’s Meditation Journey
I am a fully qualified and experienced meditation teacher. Having always being connected to Nature, as a young child I would close my eyes in the woods close to my home and listen in to the sound of the wilds. I didn’t realise this was a form of meditation - only that it felt good and created feelings of peace, calm and connectedness.
I first discovered meditation in my teenage years as a tool to help manage life when it became stressful. I found connecting to my breath brought me back ‘home’ to myself quickly, centring and balancing myself when my ship was in stormy seas. Meditating daily has enabled me to face all experiences in life; times when life was good and the times where life was incredibly challenging.
In 2020 as Nature Escapes transitioned into being from our former company I embarked on taking some formal training firstly with Inner Wisdom Holistic Training Academy and later as an EcoNIDRA teacher.
I weave meditation into all of the work I do with others, bringing a sense of calm and peace. To greater serve my clients I began to record my guided meditations to share more widely. These are now available for you to purchase.
What do I need to do?
Once purchased you will be able to download the meditation to use over and over again.
Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or lie down, which ever feels most comfortable. Using head phones or earbuds will help to block out any background distraction. Close down your eyes or lower your eye gaze, whatever you prefer. Then just press ‘play’ and listen to my voice. Follow along, if thoughts come just let them gently go and return to my voice.
